Drive Through History

I am sooooo EXCITED! Our "DRIVE THROUGH HISTORY" dvd's arrived over the weekend and we just can't wait to get started. Kiddo really enjoyed the introduction segment we watched on Saturday. PLUS, you can download printable discussion guides and answer keys. Now that makes me one HAPPY MAMMA! :> )

Here's a little clip from their web-page:

Hi Laura,

This looks like such fun; I just watch this humorous video – it looks like this fellow has talent in presenting history in an exciting and captivating way.

I love the photo of your son as your blog header, and the verse beneath it ☺.

P.S. I don’t have much time in Maryland, only three days, and I have two sisters also to visit in that time. How far are you from Kat’s?

Hi, Hope~

We are about 2 hours from Kat's. Sweetie, I don't want to interfere with your time with her. You enjoy your special time together. I look forward to seeing pics though! :> )

Blessings~

Hi Laura,

I did not get a chance to reply to you this weekend…I started to try twice, but both times was interrupted just as I got started. I don’t have my own computer. This one is a family one, and it gets lots of use.

You are so sweet! I really wish we could work it out to see you, too. From you kind comment, I know you understand how it is when you only have a short visit. As it is, I feel like I am going to have a hard time spending a fair amount of time with Kat.

Last year, I went to see a sister in Virginia, and Kat was only three hours away; I could not make it to see her…so close and yet so far away.

I appreciate that you would think of making the trip to see us, and I do feel bad about it not working out – you are such a nice friend.

By the way, I want you to know that I don’t visit any blog but Kat’s, because my darling husband does not like me on the computer. He knows that I read Kat’s blog and allows that.

It is always pleasant to see you at Kat’s blog, and I really enjoyed your posts.

Love, Hope ☺

You have NOTHING to feel bad about. I understand COMPLETELY when you have time constraints on a visit. I have to say, it's NO FUN! lol

I know you will enjoy your visit and you all will be TRULY BLESSED! It is so exciting! I look forward to hearing how it all went! When will you be arriving?
